Because I never lose sight of the big picture, but also know that the devil is in the details, I’ve been a reliable project manager for various types of events, projects and productions for years. Breaking down an assignment in small and manageable step is a second nature, gathering, briefing and guiding teams big or small to accomplished set goals is a talent of mine. Throughout my life, I have developed an in-depth understanding of several processes such as: organising large international networking events, development of online music channel, set up musical workshops, produce big and small audiovisual productions from beginning to end, initiate, organise and realise concert series and festivals.

Experience and achievements include:

• Production of TV series Whats’ Up Africa (BBC World/RNW media), among others in Uganda, Kenya, Malawi and Ghana
• Develop and supervise Music Meeting All Ears online music channel
• Coordination International Partners Meeting for Aflatoun in Kenya
• Head of content and production for the All Ears Stage at Music Meeting Festival
